JOB SUMMARY Responsible for all Security Systems projects’ planning, execution, testing & commissioning, training the end user, and hand‑over to Clients. Ensure that all required infrastructure needs are available / ready and cover Networking, power requirements, civil, mechanical and electrical to ensure smooth execution of the project delivery.
KEY RESULTS AREAS (RESPONSIBILITIES)
Site Management – communicate with Site Engineer based at the main contractor site or client site during implementation, adhering to design and shop drawings issued & verified by the Senior Project Manager, reviewing systems proposed (design approved, BOQ, arranging temporary storage for material, day‑to‑day stock verification, material auditing, counting site usage, etc.).
Manage technicians and client or contractor workers toward actual implementation on site, overseeing senior technicians, collecting daily progress reports, and advising alternative plans for any changes found during work implementations (site customization) for general technicians and labor / production staff.
PE will be fully responsible for creating test reports based on cabling, terminations, power management, DB schedule list assigning to the MEP contractors, shop drawing updates based on site amendments, corrections phase, inspection and final certification activities.
PE must produce progress reports tracking the current job and other site status reports via Excel or the PM scheduled MSP timeline, including variation work and other relevant reports, and train senior technicians on new systems according to product manuals, troubleshooting panel breakdown, hardware and software issues, and all other technical aspects.
Support pre‑sales engineers on site amendment design, BOQ variation adding devices or replacements with full specifications / data sheets, review pre‑qualification of products, and proceed to procurement.
Oversee emergency breakdown rectification and interventions based on the system expertise of the PE.
EDUCATION
Bachelor of Electrical & Electronics or Electronics and Telecommunication or a general IT degree with a physics background.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Three years of exposure to all security systems disciplines on total or turn‑around projects.
