Senior Project Engineer Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Position : Senior Project Engineer

Job Description This role requires an enthusiastic individual capable of managing multiple projects and having extensive experience in formwork design. Key responsibilities include :

Accountable for managing multiple projects and engineering teams together with Junior PT and PT

Provide strong leadership and actively promote knowledge sharing and engineering training for the project team

Analyze structural drawings given by clients

Implement formwork solutions per project requirements

Create formwork design for customer presentations

Propose the most economical and best technical solution

Conduct basic static calculations and advanced structural analysis

Produce material list, offer drawings and shop drawings

Assist Sales Engineers with site visits and client presentation

Coordinate the timely delivery of shop drawings as per instructions

Coordinate with clients for technical issues

Coordinate with other involved departments (Operations, Site Supervisors, Project Coordinator)

Consider material availability in the design stage

Communicate with Sales Department in absence of Head of Engineering

Support formwork instructor and coordinate with site team

Qualifications

Technical / Civil Engineering Qualification

AutoCAD 2D / 3D and Revit proficiency

Reference experience in highrise and infrastructure sectors

Knowledge of different scaffolding ring lock applications

At least 12 years of intensive experience in formwork engineering (and statics)

Solid communication skills in English

Team player with attention to detail and a feel for economic matters

Ability to work under minimal supervision and manage a project and its internal and external stakeholders

Ability to make decisions, take responsibility, delegate and deliver presentations

Eager to learn and improve knowledge and skills

Show adaptability, open to change and able to manage it

Thorough understanding of our business model and cross-functional collaboration

Understanding of logistics and contract management
