Senior Project Engineer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

Develop and obtain needed approvals on Project Documentation to ensure adherence to SAR Project Management Methodologies.

Ensure project objectives and deliverables are aligned with approved business case by aligning with related entities.

Provide input on scope, budget and execution timeline.

Coordinate the project execution strategy based on the prescribed specifications and project design, ensuring balance between the immediate project needs and the long-term goals of the department.

Identify current and potential risks in the project to plan and ensure mitigation by initiating timely preventive action to avoid project delays.

Assess the projects against schedules, budgets, and objectives, reporting status to management on a regular basis and highlighting variations from schedule or budget, if any.

Identify project scope changes and plan changes and communicate the same to all concerned parties.

Handle all documentation related to projects and contracts and ensure they are regularly updated.

Identify measures to improve operational efficiency by staying updated on trends within the market and industry.

Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives.

Provide guidance, support, and direction to team members.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree of Engineering or equivalent experience.

PMP or Equivalent.

Experince

A Minimum of 5 Years of Experience in Project Management.
