JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary / Objective
To acquire new merchants with the focus to retain them and maintain good relationship with them. This includes the ability to upsell and cross-sell services fulfilling company’s strategic direction.
Essential Functions
- Execute assigned acquisition plan and strategic direction to not only fulfill the required KPIs but also to exceed them.
- Acquire new merchants by using different communication tools (digital and offline)
- Generate lead, tasks, and activities on CRM.
- Develop and increase business by following up on potential merchants with face-to-face presentations and meetings with clients.
- Meeting merchants and negotiating terms of contract
- Provide regular detailed activity reports and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI
