Selling residential villas and apartments. Responsibilities include : Achieving monthly targets. Individually dealing with clients through presentations and meetings to purchase property and invest. Maximizing sales and productivity through strategic planning and implementation. Understanding sales trends, analyzing business needs, and forecasting. Preparing proposals and offers for clients, and handling associated sales contracts. Following up with customers after the sale (customer service). Preparing and delivering contracts to clients. Organizing and managing exhibitions. Location : Alkhobar, Riyadh, Dammam, Jeddah.
