يقوم أخصائي تطوير الأعمال والمبيعات بدور محوري في دعم نمو الشركة من خلال تحديد فرص الأعمال الجديدة وتوسيع قاعدة العملاء وبناء علاقات استراتيجية مستدامة ويعمل على تنفيذ خطط المبيعات وتطوير الاستراتيجات لزيادة الايرادات بالإضافة إلى التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية ، لضمان تقديم حلول تلبي احتياجات العملاء وتحقيق أهداف العملاء . المهام والمسؤوليات الوظيفية : تحليل الأسواق والقطاعات المستهدفة لتحديد فرص النمو تطوير استراتيجات جذب العملاء قيادة العروض التقديمية والاجتماعات التفاوضية مع العملاء تنسيق وتنفيذ الحملات البيعية مع فرق التسويق والمبيعات بناء وتطوير شراكات استراتيجية لدعم نمو الأعمال المشاركة في وضع أهداف المبيعات السنوية ومؤشراء الأداء الرقمية ترشيح العملاء المحتملين إدارة لوحة المبيعات pipeline متابعة الصفقات ومساعدة في إعداد العروض في بناء العروض المناسبة للعملاء والتفاوض إغلاق العقود بالتعاون مع الشؤون القانونية والمالية ( الالتزام بالمستهدفات ) المهارات الوظيفية المطلوبة : القدرة على الإقناع والتفاوض التحليل وحل المشكلات إدارة الوقت العمل تحت الضغط وتحقيق الأهداف القدرة على بناء علاقات طويلة الأمد مع العملاء خبرة في التعامل مع برامج CRM مثل : ZOHO . SALESFORCE قدرات بحث سوقية و أدوات تحليل بيانات روح المبادرة والقدرة على العمل في بيئة ناشئة ومتغيرة ومهارة إدارة الأولويات
