Assume project leader role on projects, facilitating collective genius and collaboration across internal and external partners. Drive vertical integration of projects through transformation of brand strategies / campaigns to actionable and measurable activation plans on both consumer and shopper fronts in collaboration with internal cross functional and bottler teams. Drive system-wide alignment and oversee the execution of national / regional / channel / account specific campaigns and promotions that will amplify the brand ideas / programs / innovations aligned to be deployed in the market. Lead bottler alignment on projects (both marketing campaigns and innovations) leading through key strategies, objectives, system investment, activity calendar, success metrics in partnership with Category and Franchise teams. As the budget owner, own direct marketing expense management and due diligence related to the market. Bring a holistic understanding-based brand analytics in the specific projects as well as on the overall brand progression that would feed into risks / opportunities of the brands / business / region / channels. Be the champion of local insights both brand / projects based as well as overall consumer psyche and feed them to the rest of the system for effective strategy articulation and activation planning. Manage brand activation at the field level, including point of sale activations & promos and experiential marketing and events (leveraging market assets), in coordination with bottling team. Support the System in Customer & Shopper marketing agenda, maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners. Qualifications & Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred. 10+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, preferably in the consumer goods industry in KSA, including leading smaller teams. Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred. Business, commercial and financial acumen. Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts. Experience in market research and ability to interpret data to drive brand strategy. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong creative and analytical abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage external agencies. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines. Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and a sense of urgency. Fluency in English and Arabic.
