Under the guidance of the Store & Warehouse / Logistics Manager, the Expeditor is responsible for completing the delivery cycle, from order placement to Goods Receipt Note (GRN) booking.

Main Responsibilities

• Execute daily operations to support Electra’s logistics processes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of goods & services.
• Maintain accurate business system data for reporting and performance measurement, including uploading delivery documents, creating GRN transactions, and submitting logistics and purchase requests.
• Perform physical counts and verify goods against documentation before upload.
• Prepare and analyze reports such as open purchase reports.
• Engage with vendors and stakeholders to uphold ethical standards.
• Handle petty cash responsibly.
• Meet SLA / KPI targets for assigned processes.
• Achieve departmental objectives.
