Monitor Citrix infrastructure performance and health. Provide first-line and second-line support for Citrix user issues. Assist in user provisioning, application publishing, and session troubleshooting. Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or vendors. Perform routine maintenance and patching tasks. Help maintain system documentation and inventory. Requirements :
1–3 years of experience in Citrix support or system administration. Familiarity with Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, StoreFront, and Director. Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking. Willingness to learn and grow in Citrix and virtualization technologies.
