Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Human Resources Assistant located in Dhahran. The Human Resources Assistant will assist in maintaining human resources systems and procedures, support benefits administration, manage employee records, and assist with training and development programs. Responsibilities will also include providing administrative support to HR functions and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management practices
• Experience in using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and managing employee records efficiently
• Knowledge of Benefits Administration and training program coordination
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
