About the location : The Red Sea will comprise of the idyllic natural islands and lagoons across 200 kms of coastline along the western coast of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The new Four Seasons Resort will be located on Shura Island, featuring a yacht marina, leisure and lifestyle facilities, retail offerings, 18-hole golf course, and more.

What You Will Do :

• Provide guests with detailed information, recommendations, and reservations for restaurants, activities, tours, transportation, shopping, and local attractions.
• Assist in coordinating guest requests before, during, and after their stay.
• Work closely with Front Office, Guest Experience, Residences, and other departments to deliver exceptional service.
• Handle special occasion arrangements such as anniversaries, birthdays, proposals, and cultural experiences.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the resort, Red Sea destination, and local partnerships.
• Ensure VIP guests and repeat visitors receive personalized attention.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and service requests.
• Assist with pre-opening tasks such as local vendor research and Concierge desk setup.
