What you can expect

Zoom is looking for an Account Executive to engage

As a Commercial Account Executive , you will build and maintain relationships with Commercial accounts, across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will proactively prospect into targeted companies, as well as follow up and close on various sources of inbound leads. You will be selling communication & collaboration products across our AI powered platform. This includes video meetings, phone, chat, customer experience, employee experience and more.

This role requires someone who is based in Riyadh or the Western region of Saudi Arabia.

About the Team

The Zoom Commercial Sales team focuses on selling Zoom’s suite of communication and collaboration products to businesses with employees.

Their role is to drive revenue growth by expanding Zoom's presence in the commercial sector, ensuring that businesses of all sizes can fully utilize Zoom's comprehensive range of solutions. These include video conferencing, phone systems, webinars, chat, and contact center services, all designed to enhance communication, foster collaboration, and improve operational efficiency.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong proactive hunter mindset with a drive to actively identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Have extensive direct sales experience in selling SaaS solutions
  • Experience of selling CX / CCaaS or UCaaS / Voice products is advantageous
  • Have experience of selling to the KSA market
  • Demonstrate resilience in achieving outcome with a growth mindset
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and other sales applications (Outreach and Zoominfo)
  • Have collaboration and relationship-building capability with excellent communication skills
  • Be able to business forecast, pipeline development and possess management skills

حول الفريق

يركز فريق المبيعات التجارية في Zoom على بيع مجموعة منتجات Zoom الخاصة بالاتصال والتعاون للشركات التي تضم ما بين 500 إلى 1000 موظف. يتمثل دور الفريق في دفع نمو الإيرادات من خلال توسيع وجود Zoom في القطاع التجاري، وضمان أن تتمكن الشركات من جميع الأحجام من الاستفادة الكاملة من مجموعة حلول Zoom الشاملة، والتي تشمل مؤتمرات الفيديو، وأنظمة الهاتف، والندوات عبر الإنترنت، والدردشة، وخدمات مراكز الاتصال، وجميعها مصممة لتعزيز التواصل، وتشجيع التعاون، وتحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية.

ما نبحث عنه

  • عقلية صائد استباقي قوية مع دافع نشط لتحديد ومتابعة فرص الأعمال الجديدة
  • خبرة واسعة في المبيعات المباشرة لحلول البرمجيات كخدمة (SaaS)
  • يُعد امتلاك خبرة في بيع منتجات تجربة العملاء (CX) أو الاتصالات الموحدة كخدمة (UCaaS) أو مراكز الاتصال كخدمة (CCaaS) ميزة إضافية
  • خبرة في البيع داخل سوق المملكة العربية السعودية
  • القدرة على إظهار المرونة وتحقيق النتائج بعقلية نمو
  • خبرة في استخدام أدوات إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM) وتطبيقات المبيعات الأخرى مثل Outreach وZoominfo
  • مهارات عالية في التعاون وبناء العلاقات مع تميز في مهارات الاتصال
  • القدرة على التنبؤ بالأعمال وتطوير خطوط المبيعات وامتلاك مهارات إدارية قوية
