Responsibilities
Recruitment
Assisting the HR Manager in the Recruitment of local staff in cooperation with Ops. Managers and Store Managers, including advertising, planning of recruitment and writing of contracts.
Training
Ensure relevant training is available to staff, including HACCP-course, sales training Ensure that all new members of staff are given a thorough induction to the company, cashier procedures, and airport security.
General staff Administration
Advise management group in staff related matters. Being the point of contact for the employees at Riyadh Airport.
Employee Engagement
Working closely with the HR Manager and Operations Managers designing, implementing and analyzing results of employee engagement surveys and other engagement initiatives, using outcomes to help driving organizational improvement. Foster positive relationships with our employees as their primary point of contact Address employees issues with speed and efficiency Prepare reports on surveys and on project performance
Other
Implement HR project in alignment with the HR Manager Participation in ad hoc projects Build loyalty and trust from staff Ensure high level of information to staff concerning staff related issues.
