The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) plays a crucial role in aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. This position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, acting as an employee champion and change agent. The HRBP assesses and anticipates HR-related needs and communicates those needs proactively with the HR department and business management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the oil and gas industry, particularly in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, and will be able to navigate the complexities of human resources in this sector.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the business goals of the organization.
Serve as a consultant to management on HR-related issues, providing guidance and support.
Facilitate talent management processes, including recruitment, performance management, and succession planning.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Manage employee relations issues and provide conflict resolution support.
Collaborate with other HR functions to deliver integrated HR solutions.
Act as a change agent in driving organizational transformation initiatives.
