Role Summary :
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic advisor and partner to business leaders and site operations, ensuring alignment between HR initiatives and organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HR practices in the construction industry and labor laws. Key Responsibilities
Partner with project managers and business unit leaders to drive HR strategies aligned with company objectives. Lead talent acquisition efforts for projects, including workforce planning and onboarding. Support employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management. Drive performance management, learning and development, and succession planning processes. Ensure compliance with labor laws, GOSI, and other regulatory requirements. Monitor workforce KPIs and provide HR metrics and reports to senior management. Promote employee engagement initiatives and support organizational culture programs. Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction, engineering, or contracting sector. Strong knowledge of labor law and local HR practices. Proven experience in business partnering with operational teams. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English & Arabic. Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders. Seniority level
