• Order Fulfillment Oversight : Supervise and coordinate all aspects of the order picking, packing, and shipping process to guarantee accurate and timely customer deliveries.
• Team Leadership : Lead, train, and motivate a diverse, gender-neutral fulfillment team, fostering a safe, inclusive, and high-performing environment.
• Operational Excellence : Monitor daily workflow, track KPIs, and implement improvements for maximum fulfillment efficiency and minimum order discrepancies.
• Cross-Department Collaboration : Work closely with inventory, inbound, outbound, and customer service teams to streamline warehouse and distribution operations.
• Process Optimization : Identify fulfillment process gaps, suggest innovations, and collaborate on supply chain improvements to elevate productivity and service quality.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure every fulfilled order meets company standards and compliance requirements regarding packaging, documentation, and dispatch.
