About the Role :

As Head of Operations (Tracks) , you will be responsible for the end-to-end operational performance of our school-based programs across the country. This includes leading the execution engine that connects product design, curriculum delivery, tech platforms, people, and physical infrastructure into a seamless student and teacher experience.

You will oversee daily operations, manage the PMO function, and collaborate with Product, Learning, Platform Ops, Experience, Schools, and Facilities teams to ensure that every classroom runs on time, every launch is executed to spec, and every school is ready to scale.

This role is for a structured, action-oriented operator who thrives on building systems, leading teams, and solving problems at speed.
