Microsoft CRM Technical Consultant Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM components, including entities, forms, views, workflows, plugins, and custom workflow activities.
- Design and implement complex CRM integrations using APIs, web services, and middleware tools.
- Perform data migration, ensuring accuracy and integrity across environments.
- Optimize CRM system performance, conduct performance tuning, and ensure scalability.
- Work with version control tools (e.g., Git-TFS) and follow Agile / Scrum development methodologies.
- Integrate CRM with SharePoint, SQL Server, and other third‑party systems.
- Understand and manage SQL Server Availability Groups and failover configurations.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of network protocols and assist in resolving connectivity or integration‑related issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (365 CE) development and customization.Familiarity with SharePoint configuration, integration, and high‑availability setup.Hands‑on experience with SQL Server, including Availability Groups and performance optimization.Experience in integrating CRM with other systems using RESTful / SOAP APIs.Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git-TFS).Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and debugging skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Seniority level
