Marketing Specialist Engineer

PSCC Contracting Company is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team of professionals. As a Marketing Specialist Engineer at PSCC, you will play a crucial role in promoting our engineering and construction services, developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in marketing.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote PSCC Contracting Company’s engineering and construction services and enhance brand visibility.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and client preferences to identify new business opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
• Organize and participate in industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote PSCC Contracting Company and establish new relationships.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, and recommend improvements as needed.
• Provide technical support to the marketing team, ensuring accurate representation of PSCC’s engineering capabilities and services.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and relevant regulations to ensure adherence to professional standards and continuous improvement.
