Overview

The Senior Project Manager - Education Buildings will lead the planning, design, and construction of educational facilities within Qiddiya's development, ensuring the highest standards of quality and innovation. This role requires collaboration with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver functional and sustainable education facilities that meet program needs and users' requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, design, and construction of educational buildings, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and innovation
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop functional and sustainable education facilities
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion and efficient use of funds
• Coordinate with educational stakeholders to ensure facilities meet the specific needs of their programs and users
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines
• Identify potential project risks and develop proactive strategies to mitigate them
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and regulations throughout all phases of the project
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all educational building projects and communicate progress to stakeholders effectively
