Senior Project Manager - MDLBEAST Foundation

Overview The MDLBEAST Foundation is a non-profit foundation (under MDLBEAST) dedicated to revolutionizing the music industry by prioritizing community empowerment and growth. Its vision is to foster a music culture rooted in humanity and innovation, with a focus on well-being, sustainability, and conscious practices. Through the XP Music Futures conference and its initiatives, as well as its robust research and development arm, the Foundation aims to facilitate knowledge exchange, nurture emerging talent, and promote holistic, forward-thinking practices. Through its research and awareness initiatives such as Hearful tackling hearing health, the Foundation is taking tangible steps towards creating policies to ensure the wellbeing of our music ecosystem, while investing in technology for the promotion of listening safety. Responsibilities

Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement the foundation's strategic plans and initiatives.

Lead the planning and execution of key programs and projects, ensuring they align with the foundation's mission and goals.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.

Design and develop new programs and initiatives that address the foundation's priorities and objectives.

Oversee the implementation of programs, including setting goals, managing budgets, and ensuring timelines are met.

Coordinate with wider company teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of initiatives.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.

Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that promotes professional growth and development.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, advisors, community leaders, and government officials.

Identify and pursue opportunities for partnerships and collaborations that can enhance the foundation's impact.

Develop and implement communication strategies to raise awareness of the foundation's work and impact.

Oversee the creation of content for the foundation's website, social media, newsletters, and other communication channels.

Advocate for the foundation's mission and initiatives through public speaking, media engagement, and policy influence.

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., administration, social sciences). Master’s degree preferred.

Experience : Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of leading and managing successful programs.
