Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, design, and construction of educational buildings, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop functional and sustainable education facilities.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion and efficient use of funds.
• Coordinate with educational stakeholders to ensure facilities meet the specific needs of their programs and users.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Identify potential project risks and develop proactive strategies to mitigate them.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and regulations throughout all phases of the project.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all educational building projects and communicate progress to stakeholders effectively.
