Responsibilities
- Lead landscape and hardscape design projects, including concept development, detailed design, and construction supervision.
- Develop landscape and hardscape plans, drawings, and specifications in accordance with project requirements and regulatory standards.
- Conduct site assessments, environmental analyses, and feasibility studies to inform design decisions.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and planners, to integrate landscape and hardscape designs into overall project plans.
- Manage and supervise landscape maintenance activities, including irrigation systems, plant health, and seasonal planting schedules.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess landscape conditions and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address landscape-related concerns and implement enhancements.
- Prepare and manage budgets related to landscape operations, ensuring cost-effective practices.
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance schedules, inspections, and service provider performance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior landscape architects and design team members.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to address landscape and hardscape design requirements, resolve technical issues, and obtain necessary approvals.
- Monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications during site visits and inspections.
- Review and evaluate contractor submittals, RFIs, and proposed design changes related to landscape and hardscape elements.
- Prepare design presentations, reports, and documentation for client meetings and project stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
3 - 5 years of experience in landscape architecture or hardscape design roles within the consultancy sector, with a focus on site supervision for infrastructure projects.Strong design skills and proficiency in landscape design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.Knowledge of plant materials, irrigation systems, and construction materials for hardscape elements.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.Professional licensure or registration as a Landscape Architect is advantageous.Experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East region is preferred.Filipino - Seri lanke - Indonesian nationalityNote : This role is critical in maintaining the aesthetic and environmental quality of community landscapes, contributing to the overall well-being and satisfaction of residents and stakeholders.
