Design Manager - Residential Construction

Our client, a large Saudi Arabian construction company that has a specialist urban residential section seeks an experienced degree qualified Design Manager.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for setting and managing the design brief goals of each project and ensuring all client's / residents needs are fulfilled through management of the Project Team.

You will be responsible for all value engineering to ensure the project is brought in either on or under budget with the Project Team. You will be responsible for presenting the design brief, detail and also for reporting each project's progress to the senior management.

You will have an Architectural degree from a reputable University.

You must have 10 years experience within a real estate environment.

You must have a valid Architectural License.

Previous experience within the KSA is desirable.
