Eram Talent is looking for a creative and innovative Landscape Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and creating functional, aesthetically pleasing outdoor spaces that meet the needs of clients while adhering to environmental regulations. As a Landscape Architect, you will collaborate with other professionals to develop site plans and landscape designs for various projects.

Minimum Requirements :

A Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Landscaping, or equivalent from a recognized and approved program.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in gardening, landscaping, agriculture, or equivalent, including at least 5 years in horticulture, gardening, plantations, or related fields.

Responsibilities :

Direct research and experiments to identify land use problems, suitable plant varieties, nursery operation techniques, and best planting, spraying, cultivating, harvesting, storing, processing, or transporting agricultural / horticultural products, including pest and weed management.

Provide guidance on planning and developing community projects, and on creating programs that ensure quality landscaping designs, effective implementation, and potential cost reduction.

Support in developing staff training programs on the latest agricultural / horticultural technologies and methodologies, including pest control.

Study soil characteristics and develop improved measurement techniques, soil conservation methods, and soil sampling devices.

Design work programs for gardening, landscaping, and nursery personnel; review staff performance; and prepare periodic reports for supervisory review.

Coordinate and implement Integrated Pest Management programs to control pests in landscaped areas, including residences; advise on plant pest control; conduct surveys and sampling; and study plant pests to improve control efforts.
