We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Manager to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will oversee all operational activities, ensuring efficiency, and effectiveness in all aspects of the company's operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve overall efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and analyze operational processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Manage and supervise a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure timely procurement of materials and supplies.
• Monitor and control operational budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and execution of projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other business partners.
• Assess and manage risk factors in operations and implement preventive measures.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in all operational activities.
