We are looking for a highly experienced Operations Manager to join our team!

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent
- Experience with ISO 27001 and ISO 20000
- At least 10 years in IT, 7 years in managed services or outsourcing projects
- Experience in setting up IT policies, procedures, and SLAs
