Planning and Cost Estimation Specialist

to join our technical office team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, budgeting, and pricing custom wood projects of all types. Responsibilities

Estimate costs and prepare budgets for custom wood-based projects. Analyze and price both government and private sector projects. Read and interpret architectural and technical drawings. Monitor project implementation and prepare progress reports. Ensure quality management and compliance with project standards and stakeholder expectations. Requirements

Minimum

5 years of experience

in the Saudi market. Strong knowledge of wood materials and manufacturing prices. Proven expertise in cost estimation, budgeting, and quality control. Familiarity with project reporting and documentation. المسؤوليات والمتطلبات باللغة العربية : الوصف الوظيفي :

مكتب فني المسؤوليات : تقدير التكاليف وإعداد الميزانيات لمشاريع الأخشاب المخصصة. تحليل وتسعير مشاريع القطاعين الحكومي والخاص. قراءة وتفسير الرسومات المعمارية والفنية. مراقبة تنفيذ المشروع وإعداد تقارير التقدم. ضمان إدارة الجودة والامتثال لمعايير المشروع وتوقعات أصحاب المصلحة. المتطلبات : خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات in السوق السعودي. معرفة واسعة بمواد الأخشاب وأسعار التصنيع. خبرة مثبتة في تقدير التكاليف، ووضع الميزانيات، ومراقبة الجودة. إلمام بإعداد تقارير وتوثيق المشاريع.
