Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion & Brand Development
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase the company’s footprint in Saudi Arabia’s pharmaceutical market.Deliver commercial targets for assigned product lines, ensuring sustainable market share growth.Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine strategy and identify new growth opportunities.Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead a team of product managers focused on the generics portfolio, ensuring strong execution and alignment with regional priorities.Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to deliver integrated marketing plans.P&L Management & Budget Oversight
Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring ROI-driven decision-making.Evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives and optimize budget allocation accordingly.Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
Build strategic relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare providers, and distribution partners.Represent the company at major industry events and forums to elevate brand visibility and influence.Lead omnichannel brand-building campaigns to strengthen market positioning and customer loyalty.Required Skills & Qualifications
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, or Life SciencesAdvanced degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is a plusExperience :
