Role Summary Migdaam Sports (operator of UFC Gym KSA) is seeking a data-driven Senior Marketing Specialist to own 360° campaigns that drive member acquisition, retention, and brand affinity across our clubs and e-commerce / lead funnels. You’ll plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, manage content and creators, and turn insights into growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives.
Conduct market research to identify trends and target audiences.
Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and websites.
Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Monitor and report on competitor activities and industry developments.
Required Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in marketing or a related field. Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and strategy development.
Preferred Qualifications Experience in digital marketing, SEO, and content marketing. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
