Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Electrical Inspector to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and compliance of electrical systems in various projects throughout the city and surrounding areas.

Conduct thorough inspections of electrical installations, systems, and equipment to ensure compliance with local and international codes and standards Review and interpret electrical plans, blueprints, and specifications for accuracy and adherence to regulations Perform tests on electrical systems and components using specialized equipment to verify proper functioning and safety Identify and document electrical deficiencies, code violations, and safety hazards Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records of all inspections and findings Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to address and resolve electrical issues Stay up-to-date with changes in electrical codes, regulations, and industry best practices Provide technical guidance and recommendations to improve electrical safety and efficiency Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical inspection or related field Relevant electrical inspection certifications (e.g., NFPA, ICC) In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, components, and installation practices Strong familiarity with local and international electrical codes and regulations Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and schematics Experience using various testing equipment and tools for electrical inspections Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Computer literacy for report writing and documentation Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work in various locations within Riyadh and surrounding areas Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in electrical installations
