This role focuses on ensuring electrical work complies with codes, regulations and safety standards across construction and infrastructure projects in the KSA. Responsibilities

Inspect electrical systems, equipment and installations to verify compliance with relevant codes, standards and project specifications. Review and interpret electrical plans, drawings and blueprints to assess regulatory conformity. Monitor and enforce adherence to local and international electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards; identify non-compliance and recommend corrective actions. Prepare detailed inspection reports, document findings, discrepancies and corrective measures; maintain accurate records for regulatory purposes. Liaise with contractors, engineers and project managers to address electrical compliance issues and provide technical guidance; participate in project meetings as needed. Promote and uphold electrical safety protocols; conduct safety inspections to identify hazards and ensure proper risk controls. Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Professional certification as an Electrical Inspector is preferred. Proven experience as an Electrical Inspector or similar role in the construction industry, ideally within the UAE or Gulf region. Deep knowledge of electrical codes, regulations and standards (e.g., NEC, IEC). Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret technical documents and drawings. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and in a team. Proficiency with documentation and reporting software; attention to detail. Additional Requirements

Willingness to travel to various project sites across the UAE. Familiarity with construction safety practices and regulations. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous. Why AtkinsRéalis?
