Job description

نظرة عامة على المنصب :

مسؤول حماية البيانات (DPO) مسؤول عن الإشراف على استراتيجية حماية البيانات في المنظمة وتنفيذها لضمان الامتثال لقوانين ولوائح حماية البيانات، مثل اللائحة العامة لحماية البيانات. يعمل DPO كنقطة اتصال بين الشركة وأصحاب البيانات والسلطات التنظيمية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية :

  • مراقبة الامتثال لقوانين حماية البيانات المعمول بها وسياسات حماية البيانات الداخلية.
  • تطوير سياسات وإجراءات حماية البيانات وتنفيذها وصيانتها.
  • إجراء تقييمات تأثير حماية البيانات (DPIAs) وتقييمات المخاطر.
  • تقديم المشورة وتدريب الموظفين على أفضل ممارسات خصوصية البيانات وحمايتها.
  • التعامل مع طلبات أصحاب البيانات، بما في ذلك الوصول والتصحيح والمحو.
  • العمل كحلقة وصل مع سلطات حماية البيانات وإدارة عمليات التدقيق أو التحقيقات.
  • مراقبة خروقات البيانات والإبلاغ عنها، وتنسيق الاستجابة للحوادث، وضمان إخطار السلطات في الوقت المناسب.
  • التعاون مع أقسام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والشؤون القانونية والموارد البشرية وغيرها لتضمين خصوصية البيانات في العمليات التنظيمية.
  • الاحتفاظ بسجلات لأنشطة معالجة البيانات.
  • البقاء على اطلاع دائم بالتغييرات في قوانين حماية البيانات وتأكيد الامتثال التنظيمي.

المؤهلات :

  • درجة البكالوريوس في القانون أو أمن المعلومات أو تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة مثبتة في حماية البيانات أو الامتثال للخصوصية أو الأدوار ذات الصلة.
  • معرفة متعمقة باللائحة العامة لحماية البيانات (GDPR) ولوائح حماية البيانات الأخرى ذات الصلة.
  • فهم قوي لمبادئ أمن تكنولوجيا المعلومات وعمليات معالجة البيانات.
  • مهارات اتصال وتدريب ممتازة.
  • القدرة على التعامل مع المعلومات الحساسة والسرية بنزاهة.
  • يفضل الحصول على شهادات ذات صلة مثل CIPP / E أو CIPM أو ما يعادلها.

  • عقلية تحليلية مع اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل.
  • قدرات حل المشكلات وتقييم المخاطر.
  • القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وتعاوني.
  • مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة مشاريع قوية.
