Job Responsibilities

Build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines to support business decisions.

Conduct advanced analyses on customer, sales, and operational data.

Develop dynamic dashboards (PowerBI) to present key metrics.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate insights into action.

Identify opportunities for data quality improvement and automation.

Job Requirements

Education : Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.

Experience : 5‑7 years of data analyst experience; retail or large e‑commerce background preferred.

Language : Excellent English (listening, speaking, reading, writing); Chinese communication preferred.

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in SQL, complex queries, data extraction, and processing.

Database optimization experience.

Google Analytics : traffic and user behavior analysis.

PowerBI : independent report and dashboard creation.

Statistical modeling : regression, clustering, others.

Qualities : Strong logical thinking, problem solving, adaptable to business and tool changes; good communication, collaboration, teamwork; data sensitivity, responsibility, stress resistance, timely completion.
