Digital Marketing Specialist

Job descriptionشهادة دبلوم فما فوق في مجالات التسويق أو المبيعات. خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال التسويق عبر الهاتف أو وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي. إلمام واسع بالأنظمة التقنية وحلول B2B. خبرة عملية في إدارة منصات التواصل الاجتماعي وزيادة التفاعل. إجادة الحاسب الآلي والقدرة على التعامل مع الأدوات التقنية المتخصصة في التسويق. الرغبة الجادة في تطوير المهارات وتحقيق التميز. القدرة على العمل تحت ضغط وتحقيق الأهداف التسويقية. مهارات قوية في الإقناع والتواصل الفعّال.
هذه الوظيفة تتطلب شخصًا نشيطًا وقادرًا على التواصل والترويج بفعالية لتحقيق أهداف التسويق وزيادة قاعدة العملاء.
المسؤوليات :
- جمع قاعدة بيانات للعملاء المحتملين والتواصل معهم لتسويق خدمات الشركة عبر قنوات الاتصال المختلفة (الهاتف، وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي) لضمان الوصول لأكبر عدد من العملاء المحتملين.
- الترويج لأنظمة الشركة وخدماتها من خلال وسائل الإعلام المختلفة وزيادة الوعي بالنشاط التجاري.
- إدارة علاقات العملاء والتواصل المستمر مع العملاء المحتملين والحاليين للحفاظ على علاقة إيجابية.
- إعداد خطط للترويج المجاني وتحديد الفترات والفئات المستهدفة لتحقيق أفضل نتائج.
- تجهيز المحتوى اللازم لعمليات التسويق وتصميم المواد الإعلانية والترويجية بطريقة احترافية.
- إدارة حسابات الشركة على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي بشكل فعال، وزيادة التفاعل مع الجمهور المستهدف.
- جمع قواعد بيانات العملاء المحتملين وتصنيفها بناءً على معايير محددة.
- التواصل مع العملاء المحتملين وترشيحهم لفريق المبيعات المناسب.
- الترويج والدعاية لأنظمة الشركة عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي والوسائل الرقمية المختلفة.
- إدارة العلاقات مع العملاء والمتابعة الدائمة لتحديث المعلومات والتواصل الفعال.
- تحليل النتائج وتقديم تقارير عن الحملة التسويقية وفعالية التواصل مع العملاء.
