What will your main responsibilities be

Execute batch manufacturing in alignment with the daily production plan, ensuring timely and accurate output.

Prepare, manage, and feed raw materials or parts into machinery, verifying availability and requesting replenishment as needed.

Set up, start, operate, and adjust machinery to optimize performance and ensure consistent product quality.

Monitor mixing and blending processes, adhering to product specifications and safety standards.

Conduct in-process quality checks and inspect parts using precision tools to ensure compliance with Unilever’s standards.

Record production activities, material usage, and quality results on designated digital platforms; maintain logs of approved and defective units.

Collaborate with production, warehouse, and quality teams to ensure smooth material flow, product compliance, and availability.

Report equipment issues promptly to the maintenance team and assist in basic troubleshooting, cleaning, and minor repairs.

Support stock-taking activities by verifying and reconciling raw materials and semi-finished goods inventory.

Comply with all safety, health, and quality regulations, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Observe production and monitor equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation throughout the shift.

What you need to succeed Experiences & Qualifications

0-2 Years relevant experience

Education : Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical technology

Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability to handle operational challenges.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Results-driven mindset with focus on wastage reduction, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
