Role Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Packing

Operator

to join our production team.

Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, and control secondary packing machines used in sterile products (Leak tester, Labeling, Cartoning, and Track and Trace system).

Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, and site SOPs during all packing operations.

Perform line clearance, area cleaning, and equipment cleaning as per approved procedures.

Accurately record batch details, logbooks, and packing documentation.

Conduct in-process checks (leak test, labeling, printing verification, weight checks) to ensure product quality.

Report deviations, breakdowns, and abnormalities promptly to the supervisor.

Assist in troubleshooting and minor machine adjustments under guidance.

Follow safety protocols, use PPE, and maintain a clean and controlled environment.

Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives.

Support packing material reconciliation, segregation of rejects, and compliance with waste disposal SOPs.

Qualifications

Diploma in Science / Engineering or related field. Technical certification with relevant experience may also be considered.

1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical packing operations (sterile / liquid / BFS lines preferred).

Familiarity with GMP, GDP, and regulatory guidelines (USFDA, EU, WHO, SFDA). Understanding of packing processes, line clearance, and documentation practices.

Basic machine operation and troubleshooting skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Teamwork, discipline, and adherence to safety & quality culture.

Additional Advantage : Experience in sterile pharma / BFS / EDMD lines.
