Mid-Senior Level Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities Support the sales team in managing the truck & bus sales cycle, ensuring smooth transactions and customer satisfaction. Assist in negotiating and closing sales deals, particularly in the commercial vehicle sector. Develop and execute marketing strategies specifically tailored to the truck & bus segment, including digital, print, and event-based promotions. Ensure the company’s truck & bus offerings are well-positioned in the market through effective brand communication. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their requirements and providing consultative sales support. Provide after-sales support to ensure continued satisfaction and repeat business. Organize and manage truck & bus exhibitions and events to showcase products and generate new leads. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling display materials and product information. Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities in the truck & bus segment. Provide insights and recommendations based on data to improve sales strategies and outcomes. Provide consultative selling expertise to customers, helping them select the right truck or bus based on their operational needs. Collaborate with the sales and management teams to set pricing strategies and promotions for maximum impact in the market. Qualifications, Experience & Essential Job Requisites Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years in sales and marketing, preferably in commercial vehicles or automotive industry. In-depth knowledge of the truck and bus market. Certifications in Sales or Marketing are a plus. Experience in managing exhibitions or trade events. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proven track record in B2B sales within automotive or commercial vehicles. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Scope of Supervision Supervises the organization of truck & bus sales operations and marketing activities within the company. Provides coordination support to the sales team but does not have direct authority over other departments.
