Sales Platforms Manager

SWATX is looking for a dynamic Sales Platforms Manager to drive the optimization and implementation of our sales technology solutions. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring our sales teams have the tools they need to maximize efficiency and achieve business goals. You will work closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance user experience on our platforms and support our overall sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of sales platforms and tools, ensuring they meet the needs of the sales team.
• Collaborate with sales management to identify areas for improvement and drive platform enhancements.
• Train and support sales personnel on the effective use of sales tools and processes.
• Analyze sales data and metrics to assess platform performance and identify actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and training materials, for sales tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our sales platform capabilities.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment across business initiatives.
