The

L3 IMS Engineer

will be responsible for managing and supporting

Storage (SAN, NAS, ECS)

systems in a regulated banking environment. The role ensures the availability, performance, security, and compliance of mission-critical storage infrastructure while adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities

Provide

L3 support

for

Storage (SAN, NAS, ECS)

in a

highly regulated banking estate . Ensure

compliance

with

PCI DSS ,

SWIFT , and local

banking regulations . Operate within

ITIL processes

(Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge). Maintain

high availability

and

performance ; participate in

DR / BCP drills . Design, architect , and

optimize

storage solutions for large-scale banking workloads. Lead

major incidents , guide

L1 / L2 teams , and create

post-incident reports . Define

standards ,

automation , and

golden configurations

to reduce manual toil. Own

capacity planning ,

version upgrades ,

performance baselining , and

disaster recovery strategy . Experience Requirements

5+ years

in

storage architecture ,

performance engineering , and

major incident leadership . Proven experience in managing

Storage (SAN, NAS, ECS)

in

banking

or similarly regulated environments. Strong experience with

troubleshooting ,

incident management , and

performance optimization . Clear communication with

operations ,

security ,

audit , and

business stakeholders . Strong

documentation

and

runbook hygiene . Ownership mindset

with

24x7 on-call
