This is an on-demand / project-based position. You will work on a diverse array of projects with various clients, applying your expertise to uncover valuable user insights. You will conduct comprehensive user research using a range of methodologies, providing actionable recommendations that shape the design and development of our clients.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning and conducting user research activities such as user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and focus groups, tailored to each project's objectives.

Aid in recruiting participants for research studies and coordinating research sessions.

Assist in collecting qualitative and quantitative data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Help with organizing and synthesizing research findings, contributing to the analysis process.

Assist in documenting research methodologies, findings, and insights.

Contribute to the creation of clear and concise research reports and presentations.

Prepare research reports, presentations, and other deliverables for internal and external stakeholders.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, developers, product managers, and clients, to integrate research findings into the design and development process.

Participate in meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to contribute insights and ideas.

Be adaptable and responsive to meet the evolving research needs and priorities of our agency, especially in an on-demand, project-based environment.

Be flexible with your time and availability to align with our agency's requirements and deadlines.

Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing updates on research progress and findings.

Present research findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively, both orally and in writing.

Assist our UX Research team in our projects by helping with research tasks and providing support as needed.

Learn from experienced researchers and seek guidance to enhance your research skills and expertise.

Qualifications

Strong passion for user research and UX design.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Base theoretical knowledge of usability testing, user interview, expert review, personas, and user journey.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Knowledgeable of key UX research tools and software, such as usability testing software, survey platforms, and analytics tools.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Acquired or successfully passed related UX courses and certificates.

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Human‑Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, or a similar discipline) or equivalent years of experience.
