Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with strong telecom industry expertise, particularly in Huawei projects and Saudi telecom operators. This role is essential for managing financial operations and client relationships, ensuring accurate billing and smooth project execution.

Detailed Job Description As an Account Manager at Xad Technologies, you will oversee financial processes for telecom projects, including Huawei deployments and collaborations with major KSA operators (STC, Zain, Mobily). You will manage accounts payable / receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance with ZATCA regulations. The role involves close coordination with vendors and clients for invoice approvals, tracking project budgets, and supporting business development initiatives. This is a dynamic position requiring strong analytical skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced telecom environment.

✅ Key Responsibilities

Manage AP, AR, GL, and financial reporting for telecom projects

Handle billing, invoicing, and reconciliations for Huawei and operator projects

Track project costs, budgets, and cash flow to ensure financial accuracy

Coordinate with vendors and telecom clients for invoice approvals

Support business development and service delivery initiatives

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

3–5 years of telecom accounting experience, specifically with Huawei and KSA operators

Strong proficiency in ISDP and Microsoft Excel

Knowledge of ZATCA regulations and compliance standards

Must reside in Saudi Arabia with transferable Iqama preferred

Experience with telecom project financial systems and ERP tools

Familiarity with Saudi telecom industry practices and documentation

Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and reporting

Strong communication and vendor management skills

Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask effectively
