We are seeking a driven and professional Account Manager to manage and grow strategic customer relationships, ensuring they receive maximum value from our cybersecurity services.
Role Purpose
To strengthen long-term customer relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction across assigned accounts within the cybersecurity domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts across various sectors (government, semi‑government, financial, enterprise, etc.).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring trust, satisfaction, and continuous engagement.
- Understand customers’ business needs, cybersecurity challenges, and regulatory drivers (e.g., NCA, SAMA, PDPL) and translate them into effective solutions.
- Identify and drive upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across our offerings (SOC / MSS, consulting, professional services, training, etc.).
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional service delivery.
- Monitor account performance, contract renewals, and SLAs, ensuring timely communication with customers.
- Prepare account plans, sales forecasts, progress reports, and insights for management.
- Address customer concerns proactively and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Account Manager or Sales Account Manager, preferably in cybersecurity, IT services, or technology.Strong understanding of B2B sales, account management processes, and customer lifecycle management.Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.Ability to build trusted relationships with C‑level executives and technical stakeholders.Strong negotiation, follow‑up, and deal‑closing capabilities.Target‑driven, self‑motivated, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.Familiarity with the Saudi cybersecurity landscape, regulations, and enterprise market.Preferred Qualifications
