Associate Director (HEAD OF DATA & AI) MENA at Salt

My client is redefining digital commerce.

Role : Head of SaaS Products

Location : KSA

Core Responsibilities

Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap from acquisition to renewal.
Improve signup conversion, activation rate, and renewal rate while reducing churn.
Ensure merchant onboarding, support, and billing experiences work as one seamless system.
Build tools, systems, and automations that help merchants launch faster, sell more, and stay longer.
Monitor activation, renewal, and success metrics across cohorts, industries, and personas.

Requirements & Background

7+ years of experience in product management or lifecycle leadership roles.

Proven experience owning SaaS or subscription product performance — ideally in commerce, billing, or lifecycle management.

Deep understanding of merchant onboarding, activation, monetization, and retention dynamics.

Track record of improving key metrics such as activation rate, time to first sale, churn, and renewal.
