Position Job Description : We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Associate Director - Commercial (Corporate) to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and optimizing business operations within our corporate environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic commercial plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets

Lead and mentor a high-performing team of commercial professionals

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

Oversee contract negotiations and manage key client relationships

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of commercial strategies with overall business goals

Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports

Drive continuous improvement in commercial processes and practices

Present strategic recommendations and performance reports to senior leadership

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred

8-10 years of experience in commercial roles within a corporate environment

Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue

Strong strategic planning and execution skills

Excellent financial analysis and budgeting capabilities

Demonstrated experience in business development and contract negotiation

Advanced project management and team leadership abilities

Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Deep understanding of commercial operations in a corporate setting

Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics

Experience in managing cross-functional teams

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
