To support the Creative Director in developing and executing innovative creative strategies, leading design and content teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality creative work that meets client objectives and drives brand success. Primary Responsibilities : Creative Strategy Development : Assist in formulating and executing creative strategies aligned with client goals and brand vision. Team Leadership : Lead and mentor creative teams, providing direction and feedback to ensure high-quality output. Concept Development : Collaborate on brainstorming and developing creative concepts for various projects and campaigns. Project Oversight : Oversee the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. Client Interaction : Work with clients to understand their needs and present creative concepts effectively. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Coordinate with other departments (e.g., account management, production) to ensure cohesive project execution. Innovation and Trends Monitoring : Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new ideas and techniques into creative work.
