Job Description and Requirements
- إعداد المطبخ والإشراف على استخدام الأواني والمعدات مثل السكاكين والمقالي وموازين المطبخ الخ
- دراسة كل وصفة وجمع كل المكونات اللازمة لتحضير الوجبات
- طهي الطعام والتأكد من التقديم في الوقت المناسب
- تفويض المهام لفريق العمل الخاص بالمطبخ
- إبلاغ فريق العمل الأطباق اليومية وتحديد قوائم الطعام اليومية
- الإشراف على تقديم أطباق جذابة بشكل دوري
- الإشراف على الطهاة وتقديم المساعدة عند الحاجة
- تعديل الوصفات لتلبية احتياجات العملاء وطلباتهم
- مراقبة مخزون المواد الغذائية و الإبلاغ عن الاحتياجات بشكل دوري
- التأكد والمراجعة على تقديم الطعام في حالة طازجة
- مراجعة الوصفات والتأكد من المكونات والطعم المناسب وتقديم الاقتراحات لتحسين المذاق
- الإشراف على تطبيق لوائح الصحة والسلامة المهنية لفريق العمل داخل المطبخ
