Head Chef, Food Production—the Role Head Cook, Food Production Jeddah, KSA. Our customer is a leading KSA-based Event catering, Facilities Administration, and Friendliness company. They are presently seeking a Head Chef Food Production to join their group in Jeddah, KSA. The person should have strong Food Production background with Airline company Event catering experience. Also, should have excellent interpersonal and communication abilities both verbal as well as written.

Qualifications

• Hotel College Management / bachelor’s level in food modern technology.
• At the very least 10-13 years of job-related experience.
• Must have a Food Manufacturing history.
• Should have experience in Airline Wedding catering.
• Should have progressed knowledge of food occupation concepts as well as techniques, and also Excellent knowledge of BOH systems, getting and also inventory.
