Call Center Representative (Indian Nationals) - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls in a timely and professional manner. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and complaints. This role is specifically open to Indian nationals living in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to their inquiries or redirect them to the appropriate department or team member
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve any issues they may have
- Provide accurate and detailed information about products or services to customers
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions using a computer system
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member or manager for further assistance
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies when interacting with customers over the phone
Requirements
Fluency in English is not required but preferredMust be an Indian national currently residing in Jeddah with own valid visaProven work experience as a Call Center Representative or similar roleAbility to handle high call volumes while maintaining a positive attitudeExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong problem-solving abilitiesGood multitasking and time-management skillsAvailability to work flexible shiftsEqual Employment Opportunity
