As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our English-speaking clients. Your primary duties will include answering incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries and complaints, and processing orders or requests. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and escalate any complex issues to the appropriate department.
